Stay Outta Trouble with a Hard Workout

More and more, I'm discovering just how essential workouts like stamina ITG and hard runs are for keeping me hormonally and emotionally in check. Without them, I'd get myself into a lot more trouble in too many ways to list. Not only does a good sweat and some heavy breathing bring the mood up but it also calms me down and makes all kinds of distasteful urges dissipate dramatically. It's no cure-all, but its merits are still unrivaled in my experience. Food for thought for anyone struggling with various vices.
